Who operates HaulGrade

HaulGrade is operated by Golden Sunny Inc. When these terms say we or us, they mean Golden Sunny Inc. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Reviews are opinions of independent reviewers

HaulGrade hosts the opinions of independent reviewers. Reviews belong to their authors, not to us, and they describe one person's experience at one point in time.

We are a platform, not the author. We do not adopt a review as our own statement, and a grade on a company page is a summary of what reviewers reported.

Reviewers are responsible for what they write. If a review breaks the content policy, tell us with the flag button and it goes through review.

The Verified CDL Driver badge

The Verified CDL Driver badge is a community trust feature. It tells other readers that the account holder showed us a commercial driver license.

The badge is not an employment screening service, not a background check, and not a driver qualification file. It may not be used by any employer, recruiter, staffing service, or insurer to make hiring decisions or any other decision about a person.

We do not promise that a badge is current at any given moment, and we may remove a badge at any time.

Reviews are never for sale

Companies may never pay to alter, reorder, hide, or remove a review, and we will never offer that in any form. Money does not move a grade.

A claimed company gets exactly one public official response under a review, which is the honest way to answer.

Trying to buy, trade, or pressure a reviewer into changing a review can cost a company its claim on the page.

Your account and your conduct

You must give accurate information when you sign up, keep your login to yourself, and follow the content policy every time you post.

You may not create more than one account to post more than once, post on behalf of a competitor, scrape the site in bulk, or attempt to break site security.

We may remove content, suspend an account, or end access when these terms or the content policy are broken.

Company information on the site

Company records come from public federal sources and from what a claiming company tells us. We check what we reasonably can, and we do not guarantee that every field is complete or current.

Nothing on HaulGrade is legal, financial, or employment advice. Do your own checking before you sign anything.

Limits and changes

HaulGrade is provided as it is, without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, Golden Sunny Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that follow from using the site.

We may update these terms. When we do we change the date below and post the new version here. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
