Honest experiences are welcome, good or bad

Tell the truth about what happened to you at a company. A glowing review and a brutal review are equally welcome as long as both are real.

You do not need proof or paperwork. You need to have actually worked with or driven for the company you are rating.

Curse if the experience earned it

Strong language is allowed. If a company left you sitting for a week with no pay, you can say so in the words you would use at the truck stop.

Curse words are masked with symbols when your review is displayed, so the page stays readable at work. Nothing is deleted and your review is never removed for cursing.

Sign with your name or stay anonymous

Every review is published behind your handle by default, so your name stays out of it.

If you would rather stand behind your words openly, you can put your own name in your review. That choice is always yours and never ours.

No threats

You can be angry. You cannot threaten to hurt anyone, and you cannot tell other drivers to go after a person.

A direct threat of violence is hidden the moment we see it and removed after review.

No doxxing other people

Never post another person's private information. That means home addresses, personal phone numbers, personal email addresses, license numbers, or family details.

Company phone numbers, company emails, and company addresses are business information and are perfectly fine.

Describe people by their role instead of their name, for example my dispatcher or the shop manager.

No hate slurs

Slurs aimed at race, religion, nationality, gender, or sexuality are not allowed anywhere on HaulGrade, in reviews or in company responses.

Say what the person did to you. That always lands harder than a slur anyway.

No fake reviews

Do not review a company you never worked with. Do not write about your competitor. Do not create extra accounts, and do not organize a group to bury a company or to lift one.

When a company suddenly receives a burst of very low reviews in a short window, that batch is held for a human look before it publishes.

Companies can respond, but they can never pay to remove a review

A company that has claimed its profile can post one public response under any review, and the reviewer gets one public reply after that.

There is no private messaging between companies and reviewers in either direction.

No amount of money buys the removal of an honest review, buys a better grade, or buys a better position in search results. That is the whole point of HaulGrade.

How a flag is handled

Anyone can flag a review once and pick a reason. A flag alone never removes anything.

Flagged reviews stay visible while they are judged, with one exception. If another person's private information was posted to expose them, or a direct threat of violence was made, the review is hidden right away because that harm cannot be taken back.

Clear violations are removed automatically, clearly fine flags are dismissed automatically, and anything genuinely unclear goes to a person. Every decision is written down with its reason.

Flagging everything you dislike does not work. Accounts whose flags keep landing as clearly fine have their future flags moved to the back of the line.
